the room i got wasn't great for what i paid. the food was quite disappointing, especially considering the prices. the beds and bedding felt cheap (not the level i'd expect). the bathroom looked dated and could use some serious work, frankly.

Breakfast was great. I requested ground floor accommodation. I was very happy. The coffee was superb and strong! The Dickens Bar provided a relaxing spot.
The bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade, especially addressing the mold on the shower tiles.
