the hotel decor was beautiful throughout the rooms were excellent i can't wait to return chartwells restaurant was out of this world too

i had to straighten the bed linen as the bottom sheet wasn't on properly there wasn't any shower gel in the soap dispenser either

The building's design impressed me, with attention to detail evident throughout. The bed provided really good comfort, and i slept soundly. The staff demonstrated amazing friendliness and efficiency.

The television in my room occasionally switched itself on during the night, and it was disturbing my sleeping.
