the food was really good. i ate in the bar area and the service was fast. the room was clean. i liked how big and modern the ensuite bathroom was.
my room was at the top. climbing 42 steps with suitcases was hard. there weren't any offer of help. i also saw some long black hairs on the pillow.

The room had river views. Breakfast included tasty, reasonably priced vegetarian options. Staff were attentive and FRIENDLY. The location has a large garden to the rear of the pub. The garden goes down to the River Severn. There is a large car park with plenty of space.

i was greeted with such warmth and kindness. my room had quality linens, i must say. the on-site ev charger was a handy thing to have, really useful. comfy bed, a great sleep.
the evening meal service went slow. it took some time before someone came to take our order. a bit of a wait, honestly.
