good food fast service clean room steep stairs no help hair pillow
the food was really good. i ate in the bar area and the service was fast. the room was clean. i liked how big and modern the ensuite bathroom was.
my room was at the top. climbing 42 steps with suitcases was hard. there weren't any offer of help. i also saw some long black hairs on the pillow.

i was greeted with such warmth and kindness. my room had quality linens, i must say. the on-site ev charger was a handy thing to have, really useful. comfy bed, a great sleep.
the evening meal service went slow. it took some time before someone came to take our order. a bit of a wait, honestly.

polite staff clean room great shower nice bar area
the staff was polite. the food met my expectations. i liked the very clean, well-appointed room. the shower was great (and had good pressure!). the bar area was nice.
i found very few fruits for breakfast.

the location is conveniently situated by the riverside, this offers a scenic environment. the hotel has a large outside garden that extends down to the river, great for a relaxing walk. the hotel is also within walking distance of town.
