The room was clean and warm, A real plus. the provided toiletries were of high quality. I liked that! the staff was really lovely.
The bathroom was VERY cold. The heater wasn't working. the room was also quite dark, not ideal. the car park was badly lit, a definite safety concern.

the room was super clean, i suppose. the staff seemed friendly enough.
The room i had booked a 'beautiful king suite' was hardly beautiful, more like cramped. it was quite noisy with banging doors at all hours, i thought the soundproofing was virtually nonexistent. And to top it off, the car park seemed like it was practically in my room.
