I waited nearly an hour due to a long queue and only one staff member at the desk. another guest mentioned experiencing the same delay earlier. the bed was also uncomfortably hard. the duty manager acknowledged the issue, but offered no compensation, which i found disappointing

The staff presentation was wonderful and polite. The downstairs bar and grill created a perfect date night atmosphere with really good food. Breakfast had a fantastic selection.

I noticed limited hanging space in the room. It was smaller than what I usually see in most hotels.
