The location is indeed convenient for airport access.
The advertised WiFi did not work in my room. I also found the staff uninterested in resolving the issue. I needed reliable internet access, and its absence was a significant inconvenience.

Really good Stay Near the Airport

The room was clean. I noticed the meticulous attention to detail. The bed provided great comfort, I had a restful sleep. The bathroom had very nice shower facilities, I found them modern and efficient.
Signposting from the airport could be improved. It would help guests find the hotel more easily.

adequate but underwhelming stay

the room was spacious and clean it was also conveniently located near the bus stop.
on check-in i was initially told there was no reservation under my name it caused unnecessary stress with luggage and a child the staff eventually found it but were not particularly friendly dinner service was chaotic with mains arriving before starters and a missing naan with my curry after i had already paid for it.

I stayed before an early flight. The location is great. The rooms were good, though the restaurant needs work. It was difficult to get anyone's attention at the bar even though it was a quiet night. The drinks took a while. The main courses arrived while we were still eating starters. Very average food! There didn't seem to be anyone in charge. I know they can do better. Would I eat there again?

the room provided ample space and excellent organization. the bed offered great comfort and i slept very well. the location near the airport is undeniably convenient.
i requested a gluten-free meal but received a regular pizza. this error caused me significant discomfort, which i found concerning. the staff offered a bottle of wine as compensation however, i do not drink wine.
