The hotel was super clean. Our Superior King Room was decorated to a very high standard! The bed was really comfortable, so I got a good night's sleep. That was a PLUS.

Disappointing Room Size and Servicing Issues

small twin room inconvenient servicing
I stayed in a very small twin room. I have experienced much better rooms at cheaper chain hotels. The hotel provided only one packet of biscuits between two people, I was disappointed. the room was serviced at a time convenient to the staff, not at a time convenient for us.

This hotel is really super clean. Breakfast was delicious, and staff were very friendly. The hotel had on-site parking, awesome. It is amazing.

tiny room service timing
the location near the great orme tramway was acceptable it was a short walk.
my twin room felt tiny. i suspect i have had more space in budget chain hotels. the service timing was odd too it was like the staff decided when the room would be cleaned, instead of asking when would work best for me. i found this mildly inconvenient and a bit presumptuous.
