Acceptable Stay Overall

The family room was comfy. It was also clean and spacious. Food at dinner was lovely!!! The breakfast was very delicious too.

I requested a cot prior to arrival, but I had to ask again. I also noticed very loud banging from hotel room doors above us all night. This banging woke up the baby. Ordered room service proved to be expensive and poor.

Balanced stay experience

friendly staff modern room tea facilities forgotten order terrible pizza loud music

The staff were friendly and cute. The room was clean and modern. I found basic toiletries available in the room , as well as tea making facilities.

The child food order was forgotten at the restaurant , so an additional wait occurred. The margarita pizza was terrible , it was covered in pesto. Music was loud because of some sort of function, so I only managed a few hours sleep.

breakfast buffet comfortable bed

the breakfast buffet provided a wide array of options (the pastries were good!). the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. i also appreciated the convenient parking right outside the hotel entrance. it made arrival and departure easy.

i found the temperature in my room difficult to regulate. despite adjusting the thermostat, the room remained warmer than i prefer. this issue made it a bit challenging to sleep soundly.

julia and tania at reception provided great service. the housekeeping team presented the room well. the bar staff were friendly, and i found the food to be faultless during both evening and breakfast.

lack of air conditioning extractor fan

The breakfast included a good selection of items. The restaurant was well stocked.

The room was too hot. There was no air conditioning. Basic plastic fans did little to provide relief from the heat. The bathroom lacked an extractor fan.
