beautiful grounds friendly service
The location is superb. I appreciated the setting on the river Thames. The grounds are beautiful. Service was friendly!!!

Acceptable, but with some issues
Staff were helpful, especially at check in and delivered drinks to my room after I returned from dinner.
My room was not as shown in pictures. The window faced the river, a net curtain covered it. I could not pull the curtain back because the sash cord was broken, despite two requests to fix it, nobody fixed it.

the location was excellent with great surroundings. the facilities were also great. friendly staff were very helpful .
the dinner menu seemed very limited , with poor choices. my guest was unable to finish his main course as it was unappetizing. the bed felt uncomfortable and very hard.

great efficiency river view breakfast choice indoor pool
the staff displayed great efficiency. our room opened onto a juliet balcony overlooking the river thames. breakfast included plentiful choices and it was included. i found the indoor swimming pool very nice.
i did find the dinner menu quite limited with poor choices.
