just ok, i guess

decent selectionlarge kettledirty carpet
the breakfast included a decent selection of pastries.
i found the room somewhat lacking. the provided kettle was too large to fill directly from the tap, so i had to use a cup... not ideal. also, the stair carpet was quite old and looked rather dirty. i wondered if anyone ever cleans those things properly

the staff were friendly and helpful. the food was excellent.
The mattress offered very little support. I found it quite lumpy. also, the shower had visible mold. The bathroom door handle was barely attached, secured with only two screws. the room definitely showed signs of wear and tear.
