the hotel had a great location near the promenade. my room included a walk-in shower. the mattress allowed me to have a good night's sleep.
the cocktails at the bar were awful. i thought the bar staff was very rude. the guinness tasted bad since it came out of a can.

poor coffee gum chewing
I found a couple of things less than stellar. The coffee was not great. I could not find any vegan cake options. The waitress was chewing gum. I consider it distasteful. It is a four-star hotel. These things should be of high standards.
