good stay at a charming location

friendly staff spacious room delicious breakfast fresh food

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. the room was spacious and very clean. the breakfasts were delicious, with generous portions of eggs benedict. i particularly enjoyed the freshly presented food each morning.

the shower, though functional, could benefit from an update.

helpful staff delicious food damp room strong smell

the staff were helpful. the food was delicious AND they cooked everything to perfection. plenty of variety was available for breakfast and dinner. i enjoyed everything.

the room itself was great BUT upon arriving back to the room in the evening, the whole room was damp. it had a very STRONG damp smell , made it slightly unpleasant to sleep in. i tried opening the windows but it was a VERY cold night

The room was very comfy king size. i had a quiet and dark night, and there were lovely countryside views in the daytime. the staff was so lovely. Nothing seemed like trouble.

the signage to the location was not very evident, making it hard to find in the dark.

The location is wonderful in a perfect little hamlet. the views and area are good. It is a quintessential cotswold village pub. the gardens are pretty.

the pub has an excellent range of beer on draught, as well as spirits and a good wine list. the food was excellent, beautifully presented, and with generous portions. the breakfast was amazing!!!

beautiful garden friendly staff many breakfast options

The garden was beautiful, i loved how well-kept it was. I found plenty of color everywhere. my room was nice, and the apple trees outside were a great view. the staff were very friendly, they answered every question. breakfast had so many options!

the bathroom shower head needed replacing, it was a bit outdated and leaked quite a bit.
