the staff were courteous and helpful! the hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable, which i appreciated. i also asked for extra hot chocolate, and it was quickly delivered to my room, a lovely touch!

parking was a little tight for my range rover , i struggled to park between the lines because they were so narrow.

The car park has tight spaces, I found it challenging to navigate. I think larger vehicles might face difficulties. It needs better management.
