the afternoon tea i had for my birthday was fabulous. all the staff were helpful and friendly, always making sure we had plenty of tea (it was very nice of them!). the sandwiches were delicious, and the homemade cakes were great. i received a plate with a happy birthday message iced on it and a small cake too.
the bar area was a bit understaffed. i had to wait a while to get a menu when dining with my dog.

the hotel setting is lovely for walks, especially with a dog. there's easy access to the grounds through the patio doors from the ground floor rooms, something i really appreciate when traveling with my pet. the grounds are very well-kept.

i had a wonderful experience. the staff demonstrated really good professionalism and attentiveness. the cleanliness of the rooms was particularly excellent, and the modern design was great. the grounds were beautiful, with a serene backdrop for my stay.
the absence of air conditioning in some areas was a minor inconvenience, particularly in the larger rooms during warmer hours.

the room was spacious, dog-friendly and had a patio door! the grounds were very pretty. the secure paddock for dog exercise was a great bonus. the goodie bag of treats was a thoughtful touch. on the first evening i enjoyed crispy feta in the restaurant.
I wanted to order room service. there was no menu in the room. reception told me to use a tablet. the tablet was broken.

I had a really lovely stay. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had a delicious meal in the restaurant, and I can recommend the eggs royale.
The air conditioning in my room wasn't great. It got very hot overnight, and I struggled to reduce the temperature. Opening the double door helped a bit, but better AC would improve the experience.
