THE room felt COLD. The heating unit made very loud noises during the night. I had trouble sleeping because of it. paying for parking felt excessive. I think parking should be complimentary for hotel guests.

the receptionist gave a lovely welcome. the bedroom provided comfort. breakfast contributed to a nice experience. all staff were great. i enjoyed a walk along the river where i saw canoe boats training. i found the lock located next to the kings arms within a short walk.

i was shocked that parking was not included. signs were visible on hotel tables. this was not ideal for relaxation.

The reception staff, Kayley and Jess, provided a warm welcome and detailed information about our 'love Sunday' deal. IHG membership granted us early check-in and late check-out. The courtyard offered a relaxing space for lunch, served by Darymer. The provided amenities such as a hairdryer, ironing board, and tea and coffee facilities, enhanced the bedroom's functionality.

I found the need to pay for parking slightly inconvenient. It felt unexpected given the hotel's location.

the breakfast have so much variety and everythings was in place. grounds are well kept and buildings were lovely, i did enjoy a nice walk along the river.

The pool area it was seriously dated and felt too small for the hotels size. nobody knew how to get into the changing room. The floor was very wet, i was surprised.
