The staff greeted us warmly. They were attentive to our needs throughout the visit. Breakfast included good sausages. The room had complimentary water and snacks. I liked that.

The lack of an electric vehicle charging point was a small inconvenience. This detail is expected in modern hotels. I had to use one at a nearby club.

the pictures advertised misled me , i felt. the twin room seemed dated and the mattresses provided an uncomfortable night's sleep. rooms were too hot , even with radiators turned off.

This meant I had to use the stairs. The room was also too hot even after I turned off the radiator. I couldn't adjust the temperature, frustrating.

The breakfast offer was really good. It was nice to get hot freshly cooked food from the buffet. The staff were very good too meet our needs. I require an assistance room and the bathroom was huge.

The website information and pictures are not accurate. They are rather misleading and this is unacceptable. I found the bedroom and corridors a little tired. The hotel is being advertised as a 4 star hotel which is misleading.
