The garden suite had plenty of space. It was recently updated! i was given access to another room with a full wet room. This helped my mobility. the health spa has been updated beautifully with more seating around the pool, too. the new year meal was improved. Each of the seven courses tasted great

The room had underfloor heating and that was a GREAT surprise. The power shower worked fabulously. I found the steam room VERY lovely and the saunas were also good. Pools were clean and well-kept.

My ground floor room had cars passing by. It lacked air-conditioning, so it became very hot during the night, and this led to poor sleep.

We stayed in a newly refurbished room. It was located on the first floor. The room was comfortable and spacious. The huge indoor pool and steam room were just the thing after being outside ALL day.

I was excited to visit the hotel. Sadly we were disappointed by the inattentive service in the upstairs bar and restaurant. The cleanliness of the rooms was also not ideal. Dust covered areas under the beds and windowsills.

the breakfast had a fantastic quality and a great selection was available. the shuttle bus to rock and nearby areas was very helpful. i also found the staff to be lovely and helpful .

the room i was assigned overlooked the car park. the outdoor pool area wasn't supervised as well as it could have been. the wifi connection in my room was weak and intermittent .

I found the staff lovely. They were very happy and helpful. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was plenty of choice. The hotel is modern and clean. I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. The rooms include comfortable beds and cozy duvets.

Light pollution came from around the curtain and under the door. This sadly let the stay down slightly.
