the room was huge, its a family room. it had a great view of the garden. i saw a good selection of tea and coffee in my room and the toiletries felt premium. i think the location is fab, especially the valley gardens!

the dinner menu didnt quite match my taste. i dont eat beef, its a shame. the bar menu was limited after 6pm too. i would like to see a cornish pasty on the menu, its cornwall!

the team went out of their way. they really tried to get the car charges working for my electric car, i appreciate it. they allowed me to use the staff area private charger when the main ones failed.

breakfast was really good. i enjoyed the tasty breakfasts. the hot tub was also nearby, its nice. there was a great selection of food available in the room. they provide water, tea, coffee and even cookies.

The room was a good size. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! It was cooked to order. The staff were friendly. The surrounding gardens and location were GREAT.

The room could use some updates. I noticed peeling wallpaper and an uneven floor.
