tender moments in cambridge

gentle light abundant choice

i found staff smiles a gentle light, they guided with grace, so polite. breakfast offered abundant choice, it nourished my heart and voice. location held city's charm, walkable distance to all that's calm.

the shower's old style felt a little sad, it needed repair, , made me mad. soundproofing was a thin wall, night noises echoed, a nightly squall.

the hotel provided easy dining choices, it met my needs so neat. it features a bar, and restaurant, this structure is a treat. the valet parking was very efficient and so helpful in that central spot.

breakfast was very nice, the best i ever taste. there were a selection of foods and the staff was really kind to all. lunch was peaceful and good, this i can say, food felt so very fine.

the hotel situated for main city walks, i could see all the sights. walking felt easy, with peaceful punting sites to explore near. it also provided easy access, so you can walk the city centre.

dated room broken usb ports

i wasn't happy with some aspects. the room felt a bit dated. the usb ports in my room didn't work which was frustrating. also, while the valet parking was good, a discount for hotel guests would be beneficial.

broken air conditioning unresponsive staff

The phone system seems to be a decorative feature , as no one ever answers , be it reception , room service , or the concierge. The air conditioning was also on vacation , apparently , and despite my three-night stay , it remained stubbornly broken. It got so warm I considered moving into the freezer. Requesting service reminded me of a Herculean task , best accomplished by physically going downstairs since calling was clearly a waste of time.

direct access underground car park large bathroom

the location is very convenient with direct access to the grand arcade. parking is available under the hotel and lifts provide direct access. i had a large bathroom that featured a bath (a great addition!).

the air conditioning in my room did not work, it impacted my sleep.
