detailed attention beautiful decor helpful staff

Attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. The rooms feature beautiful decor. The suite included a complimentary mini bar (a great perk, i think). The staff was helpful in managing my requests with professionalism.

The rooms were quite warm. Perhaps better ventilation is needed.

Breakfast was very tasty, with several appetizing choices. Room service delivered delicious food directly to the suite. I really enjoyed my dinner at the hotel, savoring the varied menu options.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues

excessive minibar prices poor soundproofing

The room was clean upon arrival.

I found the minibar prices excessive. A small bottle of water cost £6. the soundproofing was inadequate. I could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms late into the night. This disrupted my sleep and impacted the quality of my stay.

the executive suite provided ample space with two bathrooms. kind details included a complimentary minibar. fresh flowers were in the room. the hotel helped arrange decorations. reception gave a complimentary glass of prosecco after decorations had been lost.

i woke up , and the bathroom ceiling was pouring with water through the light from above.
