the building is well maintained. staff members are cute and polite , so nothing is too much trouble for them. the restaurant features white table linen , and the restaurant staff are attentive, yet maintain a discreet distance.

there was no balcony or other such facilities. the standard of food was disappointing. the scone, sold as butter, was a cheap alternative.

The event I attended had amazing attention to detail. All staff anticipated needs at every moment. Victoria, Martin, Alan, Olivia, Alice, and other staff provided really good service. They assisted with food, drinks, and setup, then prepared breakfast the next day.

The superior room, while clean, had furniture that looked dated. It reminded me of 1970s office furniture.

My room was lovely and relaxing the decor suited me well. The hotel is beautiful I enjoyed exploring the grounds. The food was excellent all meals were cooked to perfection.

The TV channels did not all work I could not watch some of my usual programs. My room was at the top of the stairs I had to walk up several flights. The menu was a bit limited there could have been more choice.
