the room was comfy and i loved i could walk around the grounds, so relaxing. the staff were happy to answer any questions i had, so helpful.
the pod had a missing kettle, i could not enjoy my tea, such a pity. the bathroom door seal was damaged and i had to be so careful not to soak the room when i took a shower.

i stayed in a nice superior king room, it was beautifully decorated! it had a large window with a fine view. the bed was super comfortable. the breakfast selection was amazing! they had a huge choice of fresh fruit, cereals, and cooked options like eggs benedict.
the hotel menu in my room looked a bit old and worn. some of the print was faded because of water damage, so it was a little hard to read.

the superior king room was spacious and well-decorated, i loved it! the large window provided a fine view. the bed was comfortable, which i totally needed during my vacation.

The staff was indeed very friendly and cute. I found good facilities in my room with streaming available on the tv and reliable wifi. I appreciated the cleanliness and the warm, cozy atmosphere. The walk-in shower in the bathroom was excellent..
The breakfast service started a bit late at 8:00 am on weekdays, a minor inconvenience one morning.

Check-in was simple. Our room included good quality bed linen.
I asked for a quiet room, but one guest used the corridor near my room as a shortcut. This meant repeated door slams after 6 a.m. It only had one settee, so I wonder what comprised the 'Suite' part.
