The staff was keen to help, assisting with every need. The rooms had beautiful décor and the hotel has a GREAT location. Breakfast offered a big selection of continental items with a cooked option, this worked out as good value.

The area in front of the building had a tent for a wine bar, it felt a bit noisy at night.

the location was quite central and convenient. it meant i could easily get around to see the sites.

The room was smaller than expected. it was also quite noisy at night. There seemed to be a lot of activity outside. plus, the bathroom grout looked old. It definitely needs some attention.

i found the tassimo coffee machine and kettle with tea options quite useful. dressing gowns and slippers were available, a nice touch (i always forget my slippers!). the room was tidied before my second night, with extra milk delivered to the doorstep.
