There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. I mean, seriously?! the towels were also a bit small, not exactly luxurious.

the breakfast had a great variety of options. ilknur and hannah were particularly helpful and friendly . the breakfast was AMAZING!!!
the double glazing in my room was insufficient, and i could hear quite a lot of road noise.

ilknur and amarjet were especially helpful and friendly. they. the hotel has free parking, a great benefit. the location is close to the tube station providing easy access to central london.
i noticed silverfish in the bathroom, which i reported. i hope this issue receives attention .

fantastic stay!

i found the staff friendly upon arrival. the room had everything i needed and felt very comfortable. the carpark was a great addition, and it was very quiet, even though it's by the road.
the room felt a bit cramped. the bed's location under the window with blinds resulted in the room being quite light during the night. this made sleep difficult.

the breakfast offered fresh fruit salad and yogurt. there were many choices available. i found the continental breakfast had an excellent choice of food, and i thought the staff was very attentive.

the room was very clean. it had some little extras that i liked. rooms were spacious and comfortable. there was 24-hour service available. the shower was AMAZING!!!
