the room was larger than i expected. the bathroom was superb. breakfast was very good. all the staff i encountered were excellent, friendly and helpful..

the rooms are dark. the lighting could definitely be improved. rooms are really close to an office, meaning you can see them and they can see you. their luggage storage isn't secured, which feels a bit concerning.

the location was acceptable as it was close to other places.

the room i got was far from ideal, the carpet had many places with threadbare areas and it looked unpleasant. there were also dirty marks on the walls, so it was clear the room needs better maintenance. the overall state of the room felt a bit grubby and dark.

the location was adequate for exploring some local spots. i guess that counts for something.

The staff seemed more like robots programmed to say 'yes, sir' than actual humans. their lack of any genuine warmth was almost excellent. I nearly asked for a software update. this felt weird.

the room was larger than i expected and the bathroom had a superb design. staff was excellent, friendly and always helpful to me. breakfast was very good, with fresh ingredients i notice. i would definitely recommend this hotel for future stays.

the hotel is a bit tricky to find at night due to the subtle sign.
