the rooms decor was so tastfully, i loved the comfy bed and the powerful shower, a super bonus. also, breakfast was delightfully tasty. I loved the granola, it was a total surprise!

dinner was not great. four times i had to ask for my drink and i still don't get it! and the wine i asked for wasn't available, which really put a damper on things, honestly! and the room was small, and very cramped.

I stayed for two nights to be close to family. I had a comfortable Classic Double on the second floor, especially the bed. The room had modern decor and air conditioning. The shower had great water pressure. All staff members were friendly and polite.

I encountered issues at dinner. I found it strange that the staff swiped my drink before I finished it. The only available dinner time was quite late. I was forced to get takeaway food and eat in my room.

i found the staff very friendly and cute. the food was amazing and the location was great for maxim park area. the rooms are so amazing, and the beds are very comfortable.

The room was very cold, quite disappointing considering the cost for the night. we also ordered the full scottish breakfast. We did not get the black pudding or haggis. it was offered on the menu. I was quite disappointed.
