spotty wifi dim lighting
the wifi situation was a joke. it was spotty at best, and i needed it for work, though that's probably my problem? also, the bathroom lighting was dim and made it difficult to get ready, so i looked like a clown on more than one occasion, don't know about you, but i like to see what i'm doing

double sink pool bar coffee facilities poor pressure
i found the bathroom quite spacious with a double sink. the room had a tv and also offered uk channels. the pool area was gorgeous , it also had a pool bar.
i noticed no coffee making facilities were available in the room. the water pressure in the shower was very poor.

The front desk staff provided really good service, going above and beyond to assist with my room selection. The breakfast offered a wide selection of options, and the gym had sufficient equipment. I used the outdoor pool and found plenty of sun loungers available there.
The minibar was empty upon arrival.

I had a very nice view from my balcony. The hotel provided calm and quiet surroundings.. The swimming pool was lovely, and I found plenty of sun loungers available in the pool area. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the nice pillows and duvet.

stained carpet obstructed view
The breakfast options provided sufficient choices and were well-prepared.
The room showed signs of wear. There were visible stains on the carpet. This impacted the overall ambiance. These issues detracted from the experience I anticipated.
