the room was advertised with mediterranean views i saw only trees this was disappointing there was no option to order drinks by the main level pool i had to go to the lounge the breakfast and dinner buffet food was often cold

excellent staffgood foodquiet entertainment
the staff was excellent and really were pretty good. they were very attentive and helpful. the food at the restaurant was also quite good. i was grateful for such an enjoyable visit.
nighttime entertainment could be improved it was a little too quiet for my taste. i think some live music or a dj could add more ambience to the evenings. this would definitely enhance the overall experience.

The hotel is spacious with many facilities. The kid played a lot at the kidsdom. The rooms are very comfortable and each building is easily accessible from many different points. Breakfast and dinner offered a good selection of choices and tasted good.

I really enjoyed access to the exclusive lounge! the food was a great quality. The heated pool in the level area was amazing, especially nice in the cooler months. I also liked that the area was quiet and peaceful.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled by the hotel. The room temperature was sometimes too warm.

The staff could not do enough for you and the restaurant was excellent, showing attention to guest needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Friendly staff members were readily available to offer assistance, this created a cute and efficient atmosphere.
