i booked a lovely suite and was happy to get a free upgrade to the beautiful. this room had a spa bath. the spa facilities were excellent and i had two heavenly massages. i definitely will be coming back and hope to stay for more than one night next time (maybe next year!).
The bar staff was not particularly helpful. It was not possible to get just a glass of the wine i wanted. i had to buy a whole bottle. the red wine was only available cold and there was no soda water.

the housekeeping staff were excellent and cleaned the rooms to a good standard daily. my request for a mattress topper was fulfilled within minutes (it was really quick!).

the pool area had nice day beds, though they are chargeable, they are lovely. breakfast was wonderful with champagne, fresh strawberries, jamon serrano and tasty spanish tortilla.

I found a good selection at breakfast each morning. the public areas were kept very clean . my room was cleaned daily, a nice touch. the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great. I slept very well.
The evening bar staff could have been more attentive.

breakfast had plenty of fruit and veggie options. there were gluten-free options available, a great touch. everything was very fresh, which i appreciated. it was a very pleasant way to start the day.

the pool is really lovely with a super deep side, great for jumping. there is a handy bar outside. the spa was lovely with a great variety of experiences. the salt pools were great.

my room was a decent size, and the balcony was sweet. the junior suite pool view was gorgeous with two balconies. there was a walk-in shower, which i found very convenient. the room was very clean upon arrival.

The staff were courteous, helpful and cute. the reception staff were attentive. the housekeeping was excellent, a real credit to the hotel. i always felt valued as a guest. It was wonderful.

The breakfast selection offered fresh pastries and a variety of fruits. The room was spacious with a lovely terrace. Staff members assisted with directions and promptly addressed requests.
The gym was closed . The pool area lacked sufficient shade. Some umbrellas would have helped. The bar service was slow at times and needed more attention.
