The breakfast selection was very good with lots of options to choose from. i appreciated the wide variety of fresh food available. the kids club was fantastic. The staff members were lovely.
the gym didn't seem to have many modern machines. i was expecting more new equipment.

the breakfast buffet included many options i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries i also found the pool area comfortable with plenty of sunbeds available the staff regularly checked to ensure everyone could use the beds
the asian restaurant was not authentic it lacked a good restaurant for a 5 star hotel also there were several signs of earlier water damage in the ceiling of the dining room

The location is on the seashore with the road nearby it felt convenient. our room included all the necessary equipment. the breakfast had many good toppings and egg dishes. I found it satisfactory.
The hotel focused on events. This did spoil some holiday rest. some guests did not care about others, made for a bad vibe. It must choose between events or being a hotel.

I loved the onsite bars, I was able to add things to my bill. This meant I did not need to carry money. Pools were fantastic. The beach is lovely too. I enjoyed the available water activities.
The gym should open earlier. Opening at 10 is late. I would like to exercise before breakfast.

the room had tea and coffee making facilities. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the air conditioning worked easily and i had a nice balcony overlooking the pool.
The buffet was basic for a 5-star hotel. It seemed more like a 2-star. my wife became sick after eating seafood at the buffet. food hygiene may be an issue at this place.
