underground carpark walk in shower separate bath non-functional rowing machine limited dumbells missing water dispenser
The hotel features a large underground carpark! Lifts provide access to various floors. My room included a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The room included a walk in shower and a separate bath. Breakfast was varied, and the food was AMAZING!!!
The gym was a let down. It was equipped with only a treadmill and a static bike. The rowing machine was not working. There was very limited dumbells available and no water dispenser.

sizable room comfortable bed excellent service
I appreciated the sizable room. The bed was quite comfortable. Eduardo at the pool bar provided excellent service. I also found the breakfast varied and very good.
I noted that the lobby had outdated furniture. The sofas in the lobby looked worn. This area could definitely use a refresh.

the blackout curtains made the room very comfortable. parking was available and i used it. i also used the iron, convenient.

wonderful experience!
spacious room perfect air conditioning large choice underground car park
i found the room very spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly (a big plus!). the breakfast had a large choice of items available. the staff at the chill out bar created a wonderful atmosphere. parking was simple due to the underground car park availability.
I noticed two of the lifts have broken glass. I found this concerning.

the staff were efficient and kind, offering quick assistance when needed, particularly at the reception. they were always ready to help with directions and recommendations. the waiting staff in the dining area were notably attentive.

my room included a large bed and a spacious bathroom (i liked the extra space). the sealed windows kept the room quiet, blocking out the noise from the busy street. the outdoor lifts provided great views of the surrounding area.

the hotel is situated a short drive from the central area. taxis are readily available from the front of the hotel. a true spanish area is close to the hotel, although most locals have limited english was great.
