The location across from the Alhambra was acceptable.
I found the customer service lacking. They did not offer assistance. The gym was also subpar. Much of the equipment was broken and poorly maintained (I could only use the treadmill).

I stayed in a lovely beautiful double or twin room. the reception staff were really good and provided some of the best service i have ever seen! the location is close to the alhambra entrance. It is about a 300 yard walk. the rooms are beautiful and well-kept.
the gym was a bit of a joke, it seemed some of the equipment was broken. it was still usable, but i expected more from a 5-star hotel.

The hotel's location is very close to Alhambra. The room was well equipped and quite clean. The staff members at the reception were helpful and friendly, I liked that.
The air conditioning was not working well, and the room felt warm. The mattress comfort level was not up to expectations! The food service attentiveness could improve, I noticed that.
