decent location, but some issues

terrible view broken air conditioning

the location is pretty central, so that was acceptable.

My room faced an internal courtyard, so the view was terrible. A single window barely let in any light. the air conditioning barely worked (honestly, it just circulated warm air). plus, the gym was a joke. A couple of rusty dumbbells and a wobbly treadmill don't cut it.

city center direct access diet options

The hotel's location provides easy access to the city center. A convenient internal lift also offers direct access to the beach level.. This eliminated the need to use a public lift. Breakfast had plenty of variety including options for all diet needs. The staff was attentive at all times, ensuring all needs were met.

I observed threadbare carpets on the landings.

faulty a c unwelcoming corridors

the air conditioning barely worked. it made sleeping difficult. the staff only offered a room change, after i had already switched once. no compensation was offered, even though i could hardly stay in the room. the elevators were slow and the corridors felt dark and unwelcoming!

lovely getaway near the sea

perfect location friendly staff convenient access two entrances

the hotel location was perfect. it featured convenient access to both the beach and the city center (i walked everywhere!). the staff was friendly and always willing to help. i appreciated the two entrances, one near the beach and the other close to the city.

the room decor felt a little dated.

the room had a good size and included a well-appointed bathroom. i could enjoy a pool view with a glimpse of the sea (it was so relaxing!). the beds were really comfortable.

the hotel is close to the train station and the airport, offering easy transport links. being centrally located, many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. i loved exploring the area around the hotel.

lovely stay

excellent location rooftop restaurant

I appreciated the excellent location. A lift took me down to the ground floor. this also provided access to the level with the town center. the rooftop restaurant and bars were very good. i enjoyed the views.

i noticed the net curtains were very dirty, though they changed them. the replacements was just as bad. there was very little entertainment in the evenings. the bar seemed nearly non-existent.
