The staff was helpful! the grounds were super clean. the pool area was clean and tidy. plenty of sun beds were available. i received a studio with a free all-inclusive upgrade. It was huge! the room had a kitchen and seating area.

the hotel room was big with two televisions , four beds , and a sofa bed. the views were nice. snacks were available at all hours due to the all inclusive basis. the outdoor seating area provided a fresh space to savor my morning coffee.

the hotel did not provide toiletries, such as soap and shampoo. this required an immediate trip to a shop to purchase basic necessities. i consider this to be an essential amenity that should be standard, especially considering that i was traveling.

the room was a great twin with plenty of space and immaculate i received a twin room as requested. the balcony had a sea view i couldn't ask for more.

i was bitten to death by mosquitos sitting by the pool in the day i think they were coming from the pond. you have to pay a euro for a cup around the pool and if you lose it you have to pay again.

A Solid Stay!

I found the staff quite attentive and responsive to requests. The cleaners came every day, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I liked having access to plenty of sun loungers around the lovely gardens. The air conditioning worked well in my spacious room.

I noticed some corridor noise at times, a slight disturbance.
