a sweet memory in spain
warm welcome complimentary parking small seating area
the staff welcomed me warmly. i found complimentary parking spaces readily available, which eased my arrival. the room featured a small seating area perfect to unwind after a day exploring.
some external noise slightly disturbed the quiet, however it was only a minor issue.

the breakfast buffet offered various options, with fresh pastries and local cheeses among them. the dining area was clean and well-organized.

i saw the outdoor pool area, it included sufficient loungers and a dedicated shaded area for relaxation. there is a well-equipped gym with treadmills and stationary bikes available to all guests.

the hotel provides a regular shuttle service to the nearest metro station, offering easy access to the city center, with minimal wait times. the reception staff was very responsive to any request.

savory options unwanted noise
The breakfast proved quite basic. i found the selection of savory options lacking. furthermore, i noticed ongoing work created unwanted noise. Such disturbances ought to be disclosed before a stay.

Average Stay. Some Issues Noted
I had not been informed. Work started early, so sleeping past 7 AM was not possible. some restaurant staff seemed disinterested, focused on finishing their service rather than assisting guests. The half-board option I chose did not include any drinks, even water, which I found surprising and inconvenient, though.

The hotel is near supermarkets and provided parking, which worked for me.
The receptionist wasn't friendly at all to me, it was not a pleasant experience to ask for help.

free shuttle breakfast buffet hotel work limited space
The free shuttle to the underground station was very useful. I also found the breakfast buffet had many options. I was grateful for the variety. The food was AMAZING!!!
I found some noise because of work being carried out on the hotel. This wasn't stated before the stay. I also found very limited places for children to play. There were large restricted areas.

bad smell added perfume
The room smelled bad. it seemed like the previous guest smoked. the staff said everything was normal. they clearly added more perfume instead of changing the room. That didn't solve the bad smell.

weak water pressure stuffy room
i didnt like the shower. the water pressure wasnt great. also, the air conditioning barely worked. i told the staff, but nothing happened. it.
