Wonderful Boutique Hotel Experience!

central location lovely room pleasant staff

The building has a beautiful central location! The room was lovely and clean. The bed was great and very comfortable. I found the bathroom shower wonderful. Breakfast was very good. I thought the staff were pleasant.

The hotel did not provide free water in the room. Tap water was warm so it was not pleasant to drink. I think that the hotel should provide free water in the room, it would be a nice touch.

drain odor joined beds

the hotel located very near to cathedral so i reached it easily.

the room stunk of drains and that werent particularly pleasant also i almost fell from the twin beds put together as one and they split in the middle while i tried to sleep.

modern room excellent shower missing soundproofing constant noise

The room was modern and very clean. The shower was one of the best I've experienced in a hotel.

The noise was unbearable. I am from London and accustomed to street noise, but this was beyond. There was no soundproofing whatsoever, and I got noise from motorcycles, bins, and partygoers all night long. I asked the hotel for earplugs, and I got nothing.

I found the premium double room very spacious. The location proved excellent. It was very central. The rooftop area had a lovely view of the cathedral. I appreciated this very much.

poor air conditioning sleepless night

The location was very good for a short stay.

I was very disappointed. The air conditioning did not cool at all, and I hardly slept because of that. The room never went below 27 degrees Celsius, even though it was 40 degrees outside. I complained from the first day, but nothing changed.

fantastic stay!

friendly staff attentive service amazing service

the staff wanted me to feel very welcome upon arrival. every staff member was very friendly, polite and attentive. the service level was amazing throughout my stay, from check-in to local recommendations!

The location was amazing though it's in the narrow winding one way streets. A taxi is needed.
