i had dinner at the hotel. the steak i ordered was excellent. our room was spacious. it had everything i needed.
i tried calling room service three times, but no one answered. i ended up eating at a nearby restaurant. the beds seemed to lack blankets, so i felt a bit cold during the night. i found this quite inconvenient

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It featured a huge choice of items that were beautifully presented. Everything was conveniently laid out for my needs. I appreciated the variety and quality of the food a lot.
The communication was very poor when there was a power outage. There was no assistance offered and it was difficult to address the issues.

The room was a good size, providing ample space for luggage and movement. The superking size bed was comfortable and ensured a restful sleep. The bathroom included quality fittings and toiletries and a great shower.

The hotel room had working blackout curtains and a kettle. It also included a fridge, which I found very convenient. The shower room was good. I liked it. I also enjoyed the pool area and the bar.
Calling room service was difficult. There was no answer after several attempts.

The location proved less than ideal, situated farther from the city center than i anticipated. a significant letdown occurred with room service. I called three times, but nobody answered. i ended up eating at a restaurant elsewhere. additionally, i found no blankets or extra covers in the room. It got quite cold during the night.

i found the breakfast wonderful and enjoyed that staff maintained it well stocked. bar service was also very good, and i could easily order drinks. the outdoor parking felt safe for my rental car.

the pool is giant and very clean, i could easily swim laps. gym equipment includes several treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines i found to be well maintained. the pool area features many loungers.

the staff were helpful and friendly and assisted me with directions and local recommendations. i appreciated that the restaurant provided prompt service, it. staff in the breakfast area kept the buffet very clean.
