The location was unbeatable right in the heart of the city. i appreciated the extensive breakfast. It featured very good quality and variety. the service was great as it was both friendly and helpful.
i found the floor of our room dirty. i do not know what it was but whenever we would walk from the shower to the room barefoot, our feet would get a film of dirt on them. they did not refresh our toilet paper which was bizarre, because we had less than half a roll left at one point.

Wonderful stay in a historic location
main plaza spacious room fresh fruit helpful staff
The location IS superb, right on the main plaza. I had easy access to all the historical sites. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was a treat, especially the fresh fruit selection. I also appreciated the helpful staff, they were always ready to assist with directions.
The elevator could be a little slow during peak hours.

ideal location food selection faulty remote air conditioning
The hotel's location was ideal, placing me in close proximity to the main square. i found the breakfast offered a good selection of food. There were various options available.
the air conditioning in my initial room was not working correctly. this caused some discomfort during the first night due to the warm temperatures. the remote control for the television was also faulty, requiring a room change to resolve this issue.

The hotel provides excellent valet parking. Breakfast offers various choices. Staff members are friendly and helpful, answering my questions. The hotel location is very convenient to local attractions.
My room lacked soundproofing from the outside. AC was loud. The room also had air conditioning issues.

Acceptable but not really good
free parking parking disclosure
the building was beautiful and the location was unmatched in the middle of everything.
The hotel did not tell me all public parking is free after 2pm on saturday and all day sunday, after i asked about it. That dampened the whole stay.
