lacking customer service broken shower head
The bed was acceptable .
The staff's customer service was lacking. I found them unhelpful and somewhat unapologetic when issues arose. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the shower head broke, striking me. The staff declined my request for an alternate room.

Amazing Find near the Heart of it All!

The location was GREAT, just a short walk to main attractions. The room was modern and very clean. It really was very good. The bathroom included a HUGE walk-in shower, which I appreciated. Staff gave helpful recommendations for places to eat and visit.
I found no coffee or tea available in the room, which would have been nice.

This hotel is conveniently close to various food options and the metro station, and I thought walking to different attractions was easy. The hotel provides a nice balance between proximity to amenities and a quieter, more peaceful setting. It's a WIN for location!

central location spacious room polite staff noisy bed poor ventilation street noise
The location was quite central, so many sights were within walking distance. the room was spacious and clean. i especially liked the polite staff. Their cute attitude.
The bed was noisy and also uncomfortable. the washroom lacked ventilation, bothersome. i noticed street noise entering the room. This affected my sleep.

very good experience
historical center junior suite helpful staff
location was great because it was near the historical center. the junior suite with terrace i booked was fabulous. my husband loved the hotel gym, it has everything he needed. the staff were really super helpful at all times .
i found the quality of the breakfast mediocre. i think the bread was old and the fruit wasn't fresh. i expect more from a hotel like this.

the hotel is not directly in the city center, however, it makes the place quiet. it is just a leisurely walk to the center. it is also about ten minutes walking distance to the main town.

i did not get breakfast, so i cannot comment on that service. there is a mini-market nearby for snacks. also, there is a good bakery across the street which is very useful.
