cramped room limited space
The staff were helpful and quick to respond to requests.
My room felt cramped. Space was limited. Getting around the furniture proved difficult and frustrating. The small room size impacted my stay significantly.

excellent location attentive staff spacious room complimentary mini-bar
The location is excellent, placing me within easy reach of key attractions. i found the staff attentive. They promptly addressed all my requests. the superior double room was spacious, with well-designed interiors. i also appreciated the complimentary mini-bar, a thoughtful touch.
The breakfast service seemed a little slow during peak hours. A minor inconvenience though.

central location extensive breakfast ceiling window
The location was very central. I was minutes from the Real Alcázar. It was also close to the Catedral. Staff members were friendly and offered information. The attic room was special and unusual. It felt spacious and comfortable. I found the breakfast nice, served at the table. The shower in the Double Room was good. The hotel arranged reasonable priced parking nearby. The breakfast selection was extensive. On arrival, I was offered water. The room had floor to ceiling windows. I found soft drinks in the fridge and they were replenished daily.
The room only had a small window that faced an inner courtyard. The price of the room did not match the room quality.
