the room boasted high-quality toiletries, a real treat. we found free snacks and water upon arrival, a thoughtful touch. the luxury bathroom was gorgeous, it. we had upgraded to the junior suite for more space, it was the right decision!

the minibar was nearly empty, a small disappointment. it would have been nice to have a few more options available for a cozy night in.

i found a great central location, short stroll to attractions. the staff seemed very friendly and helpful to me. the hotel was spotlessly clean inside and my room was immaculate everyday. i would stay again for the cleanliness.

Amazing Hotel Experience!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is helpful. My room was kept very clean, and I received complimentary sweets upon arrival!! The bed was comfortable. I loved the bathroom. The room was soundproofed. This was great. The TV is large and a smart TV. It came in handy when I wanted to chill watching Netflix after a long day.

The mini-fridge was almost empty. Water drained slowly during showers, and it almost overflowed.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. I appreciated the mini bar and coffee maker. It was great to have those amenities available. The staff were wonderful. From reception to the cleaners, everyone was helpful and pleasant.

The corridors were noisy, I could hear neighbors arriving and leaving. There was a serious issue with water leakage from the shower. Water flowed back to the room door, that wasn't fun!
