The staff provided great advice about local restaurants. The location was wonderful, close to shops and museums. I also visited the Deutsches Museum, located just across the way. The heated floors in the bathroom were an unexpected plus.

The breakfast was delightfully elegant, with homemade praline spread and pastries. The restaurant offers a truffle butter pasta dish, worth trying and a decent pork belly sandwich (I'm very grateful for the suggestions!).

Our room was cozy and comfortable, equipped with unique features. The lighting level was adjustable, a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and included all necessary items and the water pressure was great.

The hotel gym is available to all guests. The spa area includes a pool and sauna. I enjoyed using both the gym and spa area, and found it very relaxing after a long day.
the room was neat. it also had a high ceiling (i loved this). the staff members were very nice and helpful. the breakfast was excellent.
there was no conditioner provided. i also missed a fridge to store my drinks. the windows did not seem soundproof.

missing mini-fridge insufficient soundproofing
The absence of a mini-fridge in the room was noticeable. also, i found the lack of soundproofing in the windows quite problematic. Street noise disrupted my sleep. the shower doors did not fully close. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor. the breakfast price at 30€ per person felt excessive. I noticed better options nearby.

limited toiletries wobbly bedside
The room lacked basic functionality. There was no iron, which I needed for my work clothes. Complimentary toiletries were limited to soap and shampoo only. A wobbly metal piece served as a bedside table also
