a mixed experience

expensive shuttle rude staff

the room was spacious it was fine.

i had to pay for the shuttle to the airport this was unexpected i waited over an hour for it to arrive at night the staff were not nice i think i would have been ok only the staff were rude and not helpful.

expensive shuttle unhelpful driver

The advertised shuttle service was a major letdown. it cost €15 per person. I found this excessive. moreover, the shuttle driver offered no assistance with luggage. this added cost and inconvenience made staying further from the airport seem a poor choice.
