wow, what an amazing experience!

central locationspanish vibehelpful staff

the central location near plaza san francisco let us walk everywhere easily it was so convenient. the hotel had a real spanish vibe and the staff were super nice and helpful. bea was especially great she was helpful and professional she really represents the hotel well

i wish the wellness zone was included in the room rate instead of being an extra charge it felt a bit off since the hotel is already pretty pricey

The hotel lobby offered cava and sweets. What a lovely touch! the room was quiet and dark. I got a great night's sleep. a staff member found my husband's charging cords. They called quickly after checkout.

the minibar was not refilled daily, and ice was unavailable upon request one evening.

The breakfast was a letdown. Pastries seemed either undercooked or overcooked (not what i expect). also, there wasn't a bar area for a relaxed evening drink. plus, access to the pool required an extra fee, annoying since i already paid for the room.

the mattress in my room smelled bad it made the second night unpleasant breakfast disappointed me too the pastries seemed old also the spa cost extra that felt greedy. i think the hotel should reconsider these aspects to improve the guest experience the staff wearing nike trainers with their uniform was also jarring it detracted from the otherwise luxurious feel of the place.
