the hotel had multiple pools available . the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable (i slept so well!). the free bus to tangier centre was convenient.

the beach access was difficult and inconvenient. there wasn't a shop to buy essential items for children. the room door was difficult to open and close.

i found the location very convenient. the hotel had connecting rooms at ground level with a terrace. zahia al montassir provided perfect room service (a dedicated professional indeed). staff members were excellent, from check-in to the restaurants. restaurant managers were attentive, especially one in a blue jacket.

I appreciated the beautiful pool area. It has several pools and large garden areas. Direct access to the beach is available too. The breakfast buffet offered many options. I found the food tasty.

The hotel is quite far from the city. The hotel does offer complimentary transport at 10 AM. Return pickup from the city is at 5 PM. I thought the service was generally slow. It took a long time to receive my order.
