amazing food good location helpful staff heating temperature set temperature winter season

the breakfast had amazing food!!! the location was very good. the staff was nice and very helpful, always ready to assist.

the heating wasn't adjustable to a warmer temperature. i was told there was a set temperature for the whole hotel. this was the only issue i had. it should be adjustable, especially in winter.

excellent location complimentary minibar filtered water

The location is excellent for access to the port. I found a complimentary minibar upon arrival. Filtered water stations are available on each floor for refilling your carafe.

The hotel heating system seemed to be centrally regulated which restricted individual room temperature adjustments.

friendly staff great pool comfortable room

the staff was friendly. the pool was great for lounging. the breakfast was delicious with various options to choose. the patio room was very comfortable. the location across from the port was ideal. it was just a short walk to the beach.

the staircase to the apartment had cigarette and beer bottles I consider this an area for improvement.
