The room was clean. I'll give them that.
I asked for an iron, and it took over an hour to arrive. i mean, seriously? also, the promised city view was more of a brick wall situation. A slight exaggeration, perhaps?

inflexible policies
the hotel's policies seemed inflexible, i felt the staff was uncooperative and unwilling to find solutions. pictures suggested a grand hotel, but it felt smaller than expected. rooms were not very spacious and the restaurant lacked privacy.

Yeri and belen were very helpful. their customer service was great and their attitudes were friendly. The breakfast had lots of choices. staff were very accommodating with a late check out. The location was great!
The shower was amazing, though it leaked all over the floor. We had a problem with the tv, and the air conditioning stopped working! our key cards also stopped working, and we had to return to reception to fix this. The picnic bag was disappointing.

I received an unexpected upgrade upon arrival. the room was comfortable and quiet. the staff were friendly and professional. i found the hotel's location perfect. Walking distance made visiting many sights easy.
the gym was small. the air conditioning barely kept the glass box cool. the equipment was limited.

The location was prime! I could walk to everything. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with very nice views. The breakfast included high-quality ingredients and lots of choices. It was AMAZING!!!
The gym's air conditioning was barely functional. The fridge for water was empty during both of my visits. The equipment was quite limited and felt insufficient.
