lovely stay
convenient location pretty courtyard lovely bar helpful member
the location was very convenient, so i could walk to many places. the garden courtyard was pretty. i found the rooftop bar and pool lovely with nice views. hector was helpful.
the bars were closed, and the restaurant was only open a few times a week.

The rooftop pool area was nice (with views!), but it only had a petite pool.
The lack of enthusiasm from the staff was noticeable. I had to change rooms three times . The promised rooftop bar did not exist, and there were only two sun loungers available. It reminded me of a poor value for THE money.

bar closure service issue
the location was central, with access to nearby attractions.
upon arrival, i discovered the rooftop bar was closed, disappointing. it seems services weren't fully available, and this impacted my overall experience. i think the hotel should communicate closures in advance.
