super breakfast and restful stay
rain forest showercomfortable bedshot breakfast
the room 213 was refurbished. it was spacious with a rain forest shower head. beds were very comfortable. Hot breakfast, served to your table, was excellent, and the staff were friendly.
The pool was cold. It was not a great thermal suite.

The hotel sits along the waterfront promenade, allowing access for all cars, not just hotel guests. It also houses the hotel restaurant. this area does create noise for rooms facing the water, sometimes preventing open windows.

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout MY stay. The breakfast offered a GOOD variety with items cooked to order. my room was very comfy and tidy, with a very nice bed.
The parking situation was a bit tricky one evening. Hotel parking WAS full when i returned around 7pm.

the room was super clean and i found it quite spacious.
The air conditioning was problematic. It only ran for two hours at night. it also made loud grinding sounds when starting and stopping, disrupting my sleep. the rainfall shower head was blocked as well.

robert at reception assisted us, and he was attentive. celebrating our anniversary, we found chocolates and wine. the food tasted good. the hotel had a comfy atmosphere and was clean.
the car park had very tight spaces.
