grateful for a wonderful stay
private beach convenient marina
the hotel had a private beach area. an indoor pool with a sauna and steam room was conveniently located right behind it. i found the hotel's private marina super useful when i booked a boat trip. it made accessing the water simple and convenient for exploring the coastline.
the hotel lobby had a noticeable sewage smell upon arrival. i also discovered two wasp nests on my balcony. despite notifying the front desk, the nests were not removed , a bit bothersome.

the hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools available. a sauna and steam room are also provided. a private marina allows convenient access to boat trips (i highly recommend it!).

beautiful location attentive staff helpful service
the hotel has a beautiful location with views of the mountains and sea. the staff was attentive. marko at the front desk helped with check-in. druj and alex at the concierge desk provided great service. i recommend visiting and would stay again.
the drive to the hotel was treacherous. it took a long time to get there from dubrovnik because of border traffic and getting through the bay. also, the phone often went unanswered when calling the front desk.

the hotel has a private beach with kayak rentals. there is an indoor pool, a sauna, and a steam room available . the gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

the concierge service is really good and all staff members are well-trained. housekeeping staff needs major training, as room cleanliness was not always up to standard. the management team responds quickly to resolve issues.

i totally loved the multiple restaurants onsite. finding several pools plus private beach access was awesome. the hotel is just a short walk from other restaurants, also a public beach is close and kayak rentals are available.
i faced an issue because housekeeping was more of a quick brush over than a deep clean. bathroom surfaces and the dining table weren't really cleaned . also, the balcony didn't get proper attention either. room service took two hours to deliver cold pizzas, totally disappointing

The staff were attentive. I especially appreciated the spacious rooms. Breakfast had diverse options. I found the grounds super clean.
The wait for a bus into the nearby town proved a little inconvenient.
